TOS and Contact Info
Please treat this as a contract for this is.
By commissioning me and/or submitting any payment amount, you agree to let me use it as part of my art portfolio.
You also agree, via payment of any amount, as a signature to this contract for the commission, as well as the following:
(1) Quality, Time, and Notice
⠀⠀⠀⠀(a) It will take time do not rush me. College or people ahead of you either in person or online, the wait time varies from months to weeks.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀(i) If there is a due date involved please let me know 3 weeks in advance the later the better!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀(ii) If you would like anything sooner than 3 weeks I will add an appropriate fee according to what is being asked of me.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀(iii) If it's a sketch, I will allow a week in advance notice instead of 3 weeks.
⠀⠀⠀⠀(b) I give High-quality work and believe quality over quantity. If you want good work you wait.
⠀⠀⠀⠀(c) I only start the commission once the payment is sent in full (Unless an agreement has been discussed otherwise and beforehand).
⠀⠀⠀⠀(d)This takes time/days/hours to work on, I've listed examples of my work and the quality I do, which is high-quality work.
⠀⠀⠀⠀(e) I do not ship my art(2) Pricing, payment, and tax
⠀⠀⠀⠀(a) I add 7% to the total purchase for sales tax.
⠀⠀⠀⠀(b) Once I have started there is no ability to break this contract, by commissioning me you (the commissioner agrees) to this.
⠀⠀⠀⠀(c) You must fulfill your end of the payment until the art is fully done. So, please make sure you would like the commissions/have the funds for it.(3) Refund policy, File, Artwork, and posting
⠀⠀⠀⠀(a) I do not do refunds of any amount, attempting to ask will be met with a no.
⠀⠀⠀⠀(b) I post my work with a watermark and low resolution publicly. However, I give the commissioner an unwatermarked and watermarked HD version via email of choice.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀(i) If you would like to be anonymous please tell me and I won't mention your name in the description. However, I will still be posting the art, again you agreed to allow said commission in my portfolio.
⠀⠀⠀⠀(c) Please, when I finish, download it so as to not lose it. As it may be deleted from my computer.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀(i) You can't get a refund if it's been deleted from my gallery/sites.
⠀⠀⠀⠀(d) I do allow for the commissioner to post it wherever one pleases or to be used as please, as long as credit is given to me when asked or even a link of some any of my social media accounts in the description of the post to which you had made with my art, is appreciated.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀(i) You are NOT allowed to claim the art as yours regardless of the circumstances.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀(ii) I do not give full rights to my artwork.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀(iii) You may not claim my art as your artwork.(4)Reputability, Disputes, Rejecting.
⠀⠀⠀⠀(a) I'm a professional freelancer/independent contractor with many clients in the past who can vouch for me.
⠀⠀⠀⠀(b) I can reject anybody which includes but is not limited to:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀(i) I just don't wanna do your commission.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀(ii) I'm currently busy with other commissions or personal life. One can be put on a waiting list if one is interested.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀(iii) Bad impression of client/already causing conflict within a few interactions or ongoing interactions.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀(iv) Wanted something from the list of "Don't do's" (Questions are exempt from this).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀(v) Did not clearly read the TOS.
⠀⠀⠀⠀(a) You are NOT allowed to make a false dispute about the commission to get the payment back or such to PayPal. I will report you to said website and take legal action. It is considered fraud! and I will fight the dispute regardless of how long it takes.
